The process for day-of stationery is very similar to our process for wedding invitations.

purchase the design deposit
Pay for the $50 Design Deposit (this is subtracted from your order total later). You can purchase this by clicking on the button below.
We recommend completing this step as soon as possible as this will reserve your wedding date in our booking calendar. At this time of year, we can get extremely busy and our calendar books up quite fast.

Unless instructed otherwise, we will plan to have your wedding day stationery items arrive to you no later than 1 week before your wedding day so that you have time to get everything organized and over to the venue. If you need them earlier than this, please make a note of this in the "Special Instructions" box when purchasing the Design Deposit.

download the important files
If you are purchasing printed place cards / escort cards, you will need to download and use the Place Card Guest List Template. You must use this template. We cannot accept your guest list in Microsoft Word or any other file format other than Microsoft Excel. If you do not have Excel, let us know and we'll send you a link to the editable spreadsheet in Google Docs.

You're probably still waiting to get all of your RSVPs back, and that is okay! Don't worry about having this ready yet. We will need this no later than 2-3 weeks from your wedding date.

complete the wedding day stationery questionnaire
Submit your design / wording information by filling out the Wedding Day Stationery Questionnaire here. This is where you will submit your wording and design details. We need both the deposit and questionnaire completed before we can get to work on your design(s).

initial proofs
After receiving your Deposit and Questionnaire, you will be sent initial proofs of your design(s). You will be able to make any edit requests at this time. Depending on your wedding day and the day you need your stationery in hand, the timing in which you will receive your first proof(s) may vary. Please keep in mind that we work backwards from the deadline date, so you may not receive your drafts right away.

final payment and approval
When you're satisfied with your final design, we will send you a formal invoice for you to pay the remaining balance owed (total balance minus the $50 deposit). If you are purchasing place cards, please make sure to send us your final Place Card Guest List at this point.

|
production and shipment
Once we have received payment on your order, production will begin. We will send you a tracking number when your stationery ships. You will receive your completed order no later than 1 week before your wedding day (unless you have requested a different deadline).
