Why the name "The Bride and The Broom?"Brad: "The adorable, little scamp in this picture is me at age 3 or 4. My mother used to bring me to these fashion show events for old women in a garden club. My bride in the picture is Emily, a family friend of ours. During this particular event, we walked out on stage and all the elderly women thought we were adorable. Because I mean c'mon, we were. They asked Emily who she was supposed to be, and she said "I'm the bride." They all awed with delight. Then asked me who I was supposed to be. To which I proclaimed: "I'm the broom!" That's where I gained my comedic timing. Also, my vocabulary and misunderstanding of words hasn't improved much in 20+ years so bear with me."
