Have you scoured Pinterest, Google, and endless wedding magazines but just can't seem to find what you are looking for? We love a good challenge! We offer completely custom stationery built from scratch, and we'll work together to handcraft something you'll love and cherish for years.
Let's Get PersonalTo get started, contact Savannah at Second City Stationery to introduce yourself and share a little about what you want (whether it's making changes to one of our Semi-Custom Collection designs or having us create something completely custom). Feel free to send pictures, inspiration, or a link to your secret Pinterest wedding board if you'd like. It would be a huge help in narrowing down what you do / don't like.
Make sure to let us know roughly when you want to have your invitations in hand and how many you think you will need. We accept bookings based on your Order Arrival Deadline and our booking calendar availability. |
The DetailsThrough e-mail, phone, Zoom, or an in-person consultation, we'll work out all of the details for what you want and send you a custom quote (if necessary; all of our Semi-Custom Invitations display their prices directly online). After we confirm that we have availability for your deadline, you'll be directed to our How To Order page which will give you step-by-step instructions and walk you through our booking process. This page gives you links to purchase a $50 Design Deposit (which reserves your Order Arrival Deadline in our booking calendar) and to complete your Invitation Questionnaire.

We'll Get To WorkAfter the deposit payment and questionnaire are returned, the design work begins. We work backwards from your Order Arrival Deadline, so if your deadline isn't for a few months, feel free to start checking other items off your wedding to-do list. Your spot on our booking calendar is reserved. We'll get in touch with rough drafts closer to your deadline.

Review, Revise, and ReceiveOnce we send your initial proofs, check them carefully for errors and let us know if you would like any changes. We'll work together to refine the design until we settle on a creation that is a perfect fit for your event. Once you're happy with everything and are ready to go to print, you'll pay for the remaining balance of the invitations and complete a quick online approval form. Then we'll go into production and all of the paper magic truly begins!
Once your stationery has been created, it is carefully packed and shipped off to you to unwrap, finish assembling, and mail. You'll receive a tracking number when it ships (local pick-up is available if you're in the area.) |
Wedding Day PaperIf you love your invitations (and we know you will), contact us as soon as possible to reserve your space on our booking calendar for Day-Of Stationery (think programs, menus, place cards, signage, etc.). Similar to our invitation process, we'll work together to design the cohesive finishing touches for your wedding day that will make for a lovely and special experience overall for your family and friends.
