Download and read through the Terms & Conditions Agreement. When you fill out your Invitation Questionnaire on Step 3, you will be asked to electronically sign stating that you have read through and agree.

Download, read, and review the important Hand Canceling Instructions. We highly recommend getting your invitations hand cancelled when you mail them out. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this.

Download and start working on the Guest Address Template. Don't worry about having this ready just yet; we don't need guest addresses until it's final payment time.
You must use this Guest List Template or format your current spreadsheet with these exact columns if you want to receive Guest Address Printing. We cannot accept addresses in Microsoft Word, PDF, or any file format other than Microsoft Excel. If you do not have Excel, please let us know and we'll send you a link to the editable spreadsheet in Google Docs.

If you have to submit a change to your Guest Address Template, you will need to make the edit to the original list yourself and resend the most up-to-date address list. Please do NOT send the corrected address in an email. It needs to be changed/added to the list, and the list must be resent.

Please submit your invitation wording and design information by filling out the Wedding Invitation Questionnaire here.
initial proofs
After receiving both forms, you will be sent initial proofs of your design. You will be able to make any edit requests at this time. Once you're happy with everything, we will have you complete a quick electronic Proof Approval Form.
Please Note: Depending on your Order Arrival Deadline, the timing in which you will receive your first draft(s) may vary. Please keep in mind that we work backwards from the agreed upon Order Arrival Deadline, so you may not receive your drafts right away.

final payment and approval
When you're satisfied with your final design, payment for your remaining balance (total balance minus the $50 deposit) will be due in full at this time, and your invitations will go into production.
Important: Please keep in mind that your remaining balance must be made before we can go into production. A delay in payment could cause us to miss your deadline and you may lose your place in our order queue. Please try to take care of payment as soon as possible.
Please also try to have your final Guest Address List ready to send to us at this point. However, if you need a bit more time for this part of your order, just send us an e-mail and let us know. We can get the invitations into production and hold off on printing the envelopes until you have your finalized list ready.

production and shipment
Once we have received payment on your order, production will begin. We will send you a tracking number when your invitations ship. You will receive your completed order on or before the agreed upon Order Arrival Deadline (provided that there is no delay on your end that is holding up the process, such as not receiving your completed guest addresses or payment on time).
