Second City Stationery ships via USPS first class and priority mail. Express options are available, but please message the store before purchasing so that we can accommodate your request. Second City Stationery is not responsible for packages once shipped to the address provided during checkout. If you want a Priority Mail upgrade with tracking and $50 insurance, please select the Priority Mail option when checking out.
Processing Times
For most products (not including invitations or day-of stationery), production takes 3-4 business days before shipment.
However, if you are in need of your item(s) by a specific date, please let us know in the note to the shop at check-out.
Local Pick-Up
If you are located in the Chicagoland area and would like to pick up your items in person, please message the shop prior to purchasing so that we can give you a coupon code for free shipping.
International Shipping
International orders may take anywhere between 3-6 weeks to arrive. Unless requested prior to purchasing, tracking will not be available for international orders. If international tracking is desired, additional fees will apply.
By purchasing from Second City Stationery, you acknowledge that your country may impose tax or custom duty on these items, of which the customer takes full responsibility in covering. We cannot provide an estimate on these fees as each order is different as is each country's customs/import policy.

If for some reason, there is an issue due to shop error, Second City Stationery will be open to exchange provided that the original items are shipped back in their original condition. Please contact the shop about any issues, and we will make every effort to correct the problem.
Second City Stationery does provide a proof of the designs before shipment (upon request). If you would like a proof of your design before shipment, please include your request in the notes when making your purchase.
