These escort or place cards are designed to match our Merriment invitation collection. They will arrive custom printed with each of your guest names, table numbers, and meal choice (if applicable).

The Folded place cards are folded to stand on their own. If you plan on laying your place cards flat or will use place card holders, the Flat option will be best for you.

how to order
1. Download and complete our Guest List Spreadsheet here.Your spreadsheet must be submitted to us in this format. Incorrectly formatted spreadsheets will be sent back for correction and may cause a delay. If you will not be using a meal choice symbol, you can ignore that part.
2. Place your order above. Please allow 2-3 weeks for printing and shipping in the US. International customers should allow for 6 weeks. If you're in a time crunch, you can choose expedited shipping at check-out.
3. E-mail your completed Place Card Spreadsheet to us at [email protected].
4. We'll e-mail a proof of one of your place cards for your review and request any edits. Once we get your final approval, they'll print and ship! You can then get back to check everything else off of your list!

helpful tip
We actually recommend you download and complete the Guest List Spreadsheet before your order so that you know exactly how many place cards you will need. Any extras will be sent to you as blank cards. These are always great to have on hand for any last minute additions to the guest list.
meal choice symbols
These symbols are the most commonly used and can be placed on the lower corner of your place card or on the back. However, please know that we can also customize your meal choice symbol to match your wedding theme.
For example, a nautical themed wedding may use a graphic of a lighthouse, compass, and anchor to symbolize the different meal choices. You can also designate different colored fonts, flower graphics, etc. to represent the different meal choices. Just make a note of it in the “Special Design Requests” box when placing your order. We’ll send you a proof of your design for your approval before we go to print.

These colors are just a sampling of what is available. If you have a need for a color that isn't shown here, please contact us with a digital swatch color (you can usually find one using Google Images) after placing your order. All colors will be printed matte. We cannot print in shimmer/metallic inks. |
