MATERIALS AND WHAT YOU GET:
- Luggage tags measure approximately 3.75"x5.5" (to fit snugly in a standard A2 envelope size).
- Each luggage tag comes with the envelope color of your choice (see Color Chart for options).
- Made with high quality 110-lb white matte card stock (ivory available upon request)
- Shipping costs are included in the cost of the luggage tags if shipped within the United States.
- Luggage tags can be completely customized to fit your needs (destination, color scheme, etc.)
- Luggage tags can be printed 2-sided for an additional $1 each; please contact the store at [email protected] to request a custom order.
- Free Return Address envelope printing is included with your order (not available on the following envelope colors: Black, Chocolate, Night, or Aubergine)
- Guest Address envelope printing is available for $0.50 per envelope. Details on how to purchase are listed in the "Additional Information" section below.
STEP 1: Select your quantity and envelope color from the menu, click "add to cart," and complete your order.
STEP 2: Once you complete your order, go to www.secondcitystationery.com/questionnaire.html and submit your design information. We need you to complete this part in order to get to work on your design.
STEP 3: You will receive your first draft within 3 business days after we have received your completed purchase and questionnaire information. You will be able to make any edit requests at this time.
STEP 4: When you're satisfied with your final design, we will begin the printing process. Production should take roughly 5-7 business days (but many times much sooner!)
STEP 5: You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped.

ORDER MINIMUM
There is an order minimum of 10 save the dates. If you order only one save the date, we will assume it is for a sample save the date and it will not be customized to fit your wedding. It will be a generic sample for your review. Please keep this in mind.
ENVELOPE PRINTING
Return Address envelope printing comes free with your save the date purchase. When you are completing your questionnaire, make sure to type your return address exactly how you would like it to be printed on your envelopes.
Guest Address envelope printing is available for $0.50 per envelope. To purchase Guest Address envelope printing, click here. Add the number of envelopes you want printed with guest addresses to your cart. Make sure under the Quantity you type the exact number of envelopes you want printed with your guest addresses. In order for us to print your guest addresses you will need to download and fill in our Guest Address excel template. Download the Guest Address template here.
Important: Because we cannot print in white ink, dark envelope colors will make return and guest address printing illegible by USPS standards. Envelope colors that are unavailable for return and/or guest address printing are: Black, Chocolate, Night, and Aubergine

You can completely customize these save the dates! If you would like to make changes to the text or design, please designate your changes in the message to store when completing your purchase.
Please reference the color chart when requesting color changes. If you have a need for a color that is not shown on the color chart, please feel free to send us a color swatch via the contact page or by email at [email protected]. We will do everything we can to create the perfect color match for your wedding!
NOTE ABOUT SHIMMER COLORS:
When requesting a font/design color, please be aware that we cannot print in shimmer or metallic ink. If your wedding colors include a shimmer (such as Gold, Silver, etc.), we recommend using a different color for printing onto the tags and using your shimmer color as your envelope color choice. We have several shimmer envelope colors available, but the color/design on the save the date itself will need to be matte. Please keep that in mind when you are completing your purchase.
CUSTOMIZATION AND EDITS:
All of the text, colors, graphics, backgrounds, fonts, pictures, info, etc. are completely customizable. We will customize the design to fit your wedding's location, destination, color scheme, etc. We are more than happy to provide edits at no cost to you. This is probably the biggest day in your life, and we want you to be pleased with the way it turns out. However, once the design has been finalized and the printing process has started, we will not be able to make any additional changes.
