Purchase this $50 Design Deposit (this is subtracted from your order total later). Make sure to download the files that become available when you complete the Deposit purchase.

STEP 2: Download the Important Files
Read and review the Terms & Conditions Agreement.
When you fill out your Invitation Questionnaire later, you will be required to electronically sign stating that you agree to these terms.
Download and start working on the Guest Address Template. Don't worry about having this ready just yet. We don't need guest addresses until it's final payment time.
Read and review the important Hand Canceling Instructions. We highly recommend getting your invitations hand cancelled when you mail them out.

STEP 3: Complete the Invitation Questionnaire
Submit your design information by filling out the Wedding Invitation Questionnaire here.

STEP 4: Initial Proofs
After receiving the Deposit and your completed Invitation Questionnaire, you will be sent initial proofs of your design. You will be able to make any edit requests at this time. Depending on your Order Arrival Deadline, the timing in which you will receive your first draft(s) may vary. Please keep in mind that we work backwards from the agreed upon Order Arrival Deadline, so you may not receive your drafts right away.

STEP 5: Final Payment and Approval
When you're satisfied with your final design, we will send you a formal invoice for you to pay the remaining balance owed (total balance minus the $50 deposit). Please send us your final Guest Address List at this point.

STEP 6: Production and Shipment
Once we have received payment on your order, production will begin. We will send you a tracking number when your invitations ship. You will receive your completed order on or before the agreed upon Order Arrival Deadline.

Our approximate turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks from design to delivery. We accept bookings based on your deadline and our calendar availability. Because of how busy the wedding season can get, we can only accept approximately 2 to 3 invitation bookings per Order Arrival Deadline week. When completing your Terms & Conditions Agreement, make sure to designate your desired Order Arrival Deadline.
If you need your invitations in hand within 4 to 6 weeks, we ask that you call us at the shop to make sure we can accommodate your booking. You can reach us during normal business hours at 312-877-5077 or via email at [email protected].

don't need your invitations just yet, but want to reserve your place in our booking calendar?
This is great to hear! If you don't need your invitations for a few months, you can go ahead and pay your booking fee and reserve your spot in our booking calendar. Make sure to indicate your actual Order Arrival Deadline. We know you're excited to see your invitations and want them as soon as possible, but we may need to turn down your booking if the deadline you give us doesn't work with our booking calendar availability. Don't worry--you will have your invitations to you well in advance of your actual deadline!
Not sure what Order Arrival Deadline date to put down?
For example, if your wedding is June 10th and you plan to have your invitations in the mail to your guests on April 8th, consider putting your Order Arrival Deadline as April 5th. That way you can give yourself a few days to get them stamped, sealed, and in the mail.

rush orders
Orders are considered rush if they are needed within a 3 week turnaround. Before purchasing this Design Deposit, contact the shop by phone at 312-877-5077 or via email at [email protected] to make sure we can accommodate your order. Rush orders are accepted depending on our availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 15% to your order total. Final payment is due prior to printing. Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
non-refundable
This Design Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total amount due for the wedding invitations. Balance is due prior to production of invitations and other paper goods.
Please note that if for some reason you purchase this deposit and we cannot accommodate your Order Arrival Deadline, we will make an exception to this rule and will refund your booking.
